Disclaimer:

Information herein should not be viewed as legal advice. In most cases, 609 letters will help you resolve credit inaccuracies on your credit report.

Unfortunately, not everything on your credit report is resolvable, just due to the nature of the proof of the claims.  Even the best credit repair agencies can’t remove everything on your credit report.

  • Sagestream  -  www.sagestreamllc.com

  • Innovis  -  www.innovis.com

  • You can try to freeze ARS as well but may not be needed.

  • Do this first before disputing. NOTE you should receive mail from them with in 10-15 days stating you have the freeze and they give you a pin # DO NOT LOSE THAT PIN!

  • Generally, you only want to dispute 3-5 items per month. If you do more, your claim may be labeled as “frivolous”.

  • Keep a record of everything you send. When, who, and what. Keep a log in a notebook.

Which Letter to send first?

  • If there's any incorrect personal identification on your credit reports such as your name or addresses, correct this first before disputing.

  • ** Hint**  you can accomplish this online on Equifax, Experian, Transunion.

  • Always use the Round 1 letter to the credit bureaus first.

  • Then use the variations of the Round 2 letters, depending on the response, and if they respond at all.
